Showing up at your best starts with how you show up mentally. Through a structured Mental Preparation program, challenge the way you think so you can learn to shut off autopilot, and show up to training and competition with more intention and focus.
Designed to teach you science-based tools and strategies that I've used with varsity, provincial, and national athletes (and myself) for over 6 years, you will build a solid mental skills foundation that can't be found in any book. One of the biggest obstacles in sport is ourselves - the way we think can get in the way of our full potential. Trying to manage stress, the pressure to perform, doubt and worry is a common challenge. You will leave the program feeling more in control of your thoughts, attitude, and mindset, so that you can focus on performing at your best. |
